High School Prep Series.

The idea is to get strong situational work prior to high school tryouts beginning on Monday. This is a three-day, 1.5 hours per day series (4.5 hours of ice total). This is meant for goalies that are looking to bring their best to tryouts and get elite instruction to capitalize on the beginning of your season. We’ll be utilizing video daily. This will not be “bag sessions” to get you in shape. Arrive in shape because this series is meant to refine your game.
