Who would not want more attention when it comes to teaching and learning. Due to Mass Crease's increased demand for individual attention we have had to increase the number of available hours for private and semi-private lessons.
At Mass Crease we base our entire philosophy around working with the individual goalie. During private lessons this individual attention is only heightened. Lessons can be customized to fit the goalies needs and weaknesses. Due to the individual instruction drills and topics will vary from week to week, and goalie to goalie on a case by case basis. Private/Semi Private lessons allow the coaches to individualize the lessons to goalies strengths and weaknesses and also push goalies to their fullest. This has shown to increase the uptake of the information as well as the speed at which the goalie is able to apply it with in games. Individual Private lessons will consist of one goalie and one coach running the session. The cost of the individual lesson will be $120 (extra $25 for a dedicated shooter if requested).
Semi-Private lessons will consist of two goalie's and one coach running the session. The cost of the semi-private lesson will be $130 ($65 per goalie).

Again this year, we at Mass Crease are offering the ability for our staff to come and "scout" your son/daughter at one of their games. As well all know games are not "controlled" situations like skills sessions and private lessons. Things happen in games where a skill or private lesson will not be able to recreate. Whether it be a bad turn over, or a back door play where your teammate loses his man. All of these situation are preventable if the goalie is aware and communicating with teammates. By our coming to see them play at a game we will have a better idea of the weak and strong points in your son/daughters game. This give us the ability to critique game situations while they happen, and also show where things need to be corrected. Also through these evaluations we will have a better game plan when it comes to setting up lesson plans for their private lessons and skills sessions, to help prevent these lapses within the game.
Each Game Evaluation will come with a video with voiceover by Brian of the game. The camera and footage will be provided by Mass Crease staff attending the game, and will be broken down by Brian afterwards. These are the same techniques that Brian uses with his college and pro goalies in season. The video's will then be uploaded to YouTube as a "Private Link." The video's are not able to be searched for and only those with the exact link will ever be able to view the video.
The cost for the Game evaluation is $100, and should be paid to the MassCrease staff at the time of video taping.
